FISH STORIES (5.0% ABV)
Pilsner: Mild hop with a crisp refreshing taste.

CAMPING CAYUGA (5.2% ABV)
Blond Ale: Refreshing and easy drinking with a mild malt sweetness.

SPEEDBOAT (5.3% ABV)
Strawberry Wheat Ale: Our strawberry wit is kicked up a notch with our fermented Isabella grapes grown right on our farm.

PADDLE (5.3% ABV)
Session IPA: Great for those summer nights sitting on the dock.

SKINNY DIP (4.2% ABV)                              Summer Ale: An easy drinking summer ale.

ROW YOUR BOAT (6.5% ABV)                      Hazy IPA: This hazy IPA is sure to make your mouth water.

HOOK LINE AND SOUR (4.3% ABV)           Sour Ale: One sip and you will  be hooked on this sour inflused with passionfruit and guava.  

LAKE MONSTER (7.0% ABV)
Pineapple Milkshake IPA: Made with fresh pineapple this creamy IPA is sure to please.

CANOE  (5.1% ABV)                                         India Pale Ale: Bright notes of NY hops including Citra, Cascade and Excelsior.  A fan favorite. 

LAZY DAYS LAGER  (5% ABV)                     Lager: Refreshing lager that pours bright and clean with a smooth balanced finish.

SAILOR’S SUNSET (5% ABV)                    Amber: Easy drinking amber ale offers warm notes of caramel and toasted malt with a crisp, refreshing finish.

GOOSE WATCH STRAWBERRY CIDER (6% ABV)
Cider: Refreshing hard cider combined with the sweet and tart flavors of strawberries make this a must try! Made with premium NYS apples.

Hours & Directions

Our taproom is open during the summer only (Late May through October) and provides a beer experience that is uniquely FLX, with ‘unwinding at the lake’ top of mind.

Visit us by car or boat! We are one of the few breweries on Cayuga Lake accessible by water. Dock your boat with us and enjoy the lake cottage-inspired atmosphere of our beautiful location. We are the perfect stop for craft beer and wine lovers alike as we share our property with Goose Watch Winery.

• 40 minutes north of Ithaca, New York

• About an hour from Rochester or Syracuse, New York
