About Us
Dave & Jean Peterson, together with their daughter Amanda and son-in-law Kevin, opened Lake House Brewing in 2019 with a love of craft beer and a desire to add an experience for beer enthusiasts at their Goose Watch Winery on Cayuga Lake. The Petersons also own Swedish Hill and Penguin Bay Wineries in the FLX region. The brewery is adjacent to the Goose Watch tasting room and offers a relaxing atmosphere, excellent lake views and delicious locally brewed craft beers.
Hours & Directions
Our taproom is open during the summer only (Late May through October) and provides a beer experience that is uniquely FLX, with ‘unwinding at the lake’ top of mind.
Visit us by car or boat! We are one of the few breweries on Cayuga Lake accessible by water. Dock your boat with us and enjoy the lake cottage-inspired atmosphere of our beautiful location. We are the perfect stop for craft beer and wine lovers alike as we share our property with Goose Watch Winery.
